Order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon the checkout process completion. It may take up to 10 min in some stance. If you do not receive the email in 10 minutes, Please check your Junk/Spam/promotion etc folders as well. If the email is not found anywhere then contact us with your order number.
The status ‘Processing’ mean that we have received your order and have been processed to dispatch. Once the parcel is dispatched, the status will be changed to complete and tracking information will be sent to your email. Please note that there will be some cut off time between dispatch and update on status.
The tracking information is sent once the parcel is dispatched. Please check your email for the tracking information or login to ‘my account’ to see the status of your order. Please note that if you have purchased an item as a guest then you won’t be able to see the status of your order via my account. In this case, you have to use the tracking information that we send to you.
We advise customer to contact as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order. If we received the cancelation request before the order is processed to our dispatch team, we can simply cancel the order and provide a full refund.
If the order has been processed to the dispatch team or the item is been dispatched before receiving the cancellation notice, we cannot cancel the order at the stage. However, when the delivery comes to your door, please reject the delivery so that it will return back to us. Once, we received the returned item then we will deduct the initial shipping cost + return cost + the restocking fee before refunding the fund.
Normal delivery time vary based on your postcode. In general, delivery takes about 3 – 10 business days after dispatch. If you have not received the order after 10 business days, please check your tracking information that was sent to your email or cont us.
If you have received a parcel DOA, it is very important to inform within 5 days for the date of receiving the item, the date will be determined from the Proof of Delivery date form our courier company system.
Please take a short video or a photo showing damaged parts and send us with the brief message. You can send us an email by replying the order conformation email that you received upon placing the order or by filling up the contact us form. Please be advised that clear photo or video will help us to speed up the claim process.
We do our best to minimize the error on the dispatch process. Sometime, things might not go as expected. IF you received a wrong item please contact us with the photo of the item you have receive via either the order confirmation email or contact us form so that we can rectify the issue. Please pack the item and put back in to the original box.
If you believe that the item you received is not as described, Please take a photo or a short video, write us a brief message explaining what is the issue with the item.
Please note that if it is about the color of the item. The actual color may be slightly different on the screen as per your screen set up. The minor color different is not taken as ‘item is not as described’.
If you have ordered multiple items and you have not received all. First, please check the tracking information; it may be still on the way. If so, please wait for the parcel to arrive. Second, if it is not the case mention before, please take a photo of the parcel facing the shipping label to the front and write us a message.
Some part may have missed from the parcel due to mishandle in the transit or from factory itself. In this case, please check the manual guide to determine the missing parts. Take a photo of the product where the missing part would have attached and write us a message. We will provide you the missing parts for you.
Most of our products come with 1 year warranty, unless it is stated on warranty information available on the listing page. In some instances, we will provide 90 days warranty only. Please write us a message with your order number to claim the warranty.
The warranty will be VOID, where damage to the product is caused by misuse, accident, improper use, abuse, use of product not according to factory recommended operation, tampered to the product, modification, alternation, repair or service of the product other than by us or reasons other than manufacturing defects.
We do not accept change of mind on any product. In some case, we may accept the change of mind return within 7 days of delivery where the item is not used or package is unopened. Please note that there will be some charges, which are initial delivery cost, return cost and restocking fee from $10 - $35 depending on the product feature and size.
