Any Dead on Arrival (DOA) item will be replaced within 7 days from the date of receiving the item, the date will be determined from the Proof of Delivery date from our courier company system.
All return for Warranty and DOA after 7 days of receiving the product, will be at the buyer expenses for both ways postage.
All return must be accompanied with the original packaging and accessories in order to receive a full refund.
We do provide a refund for change of mind. However, the buyer has to pay for postage fee if he/she wish to do so.
